Why people stop

You don't quit because you're lazy.

You quit because nothing notices. No streak breaks. Nobody asks where you were.

Training alone is easy to quit. Training where people notice isn't.

  • Build discipline

Show up. Log it. Watch the streak grow.

  • Never train alone

Friends who notice. Games nearby when you'd rather not go alone.

  • Turn it into a game

Earn XP, level up, collect badges. Even the boring Tuesday pays out.

The loop

Five steps, then it runs itself

This is the whole product.

  1. 01

    Log it

Pick your sport, add what you did, save.

  2. 02

    Earn XP

Workouts, meals, games, goals — everything pays.

  3. 03

    Climb

XP becomes levels. Days become streaks.

  4. 04

    Share it

One tap, and it's a card for your story.

  5. 05

    Get pulled back

Friends react. Someone needs a fourth on Thursday.

The Fouz feed, headed by a prompt asking how your padel game went with a Log it button, above a logged football match — a 4-2 result over 7.2 kilometres and 60 minutes burning 640 calories — with reactions and a comment from another athlete.

Never train alone

There's a game near you tonight

Other trackers record what you did alone. Fouz finds you people to do it with.

    Urgent near you

Games starting within two hours, closest first.

    Join in one tap

Open join takes a spot instantly. Or the organiser approves.

    Or host it yourself

Sport, time, players needed. Invite friends or let the neighbourhood fill it.

Play it, then log it. Sport and duration are filled in for you.

Your crew

Discipline is a team sport

Streaks don't survive on willpower. They survive because somebody noticed.

A feed that only rewards doing the work

Follow friends, see what they logged, cheer them on. No influencers, no ads.

Leaderboards worth climbing

Rank by XP, streak or level. Filter to your city, your sport, your friends.

Fouz launched global. Casablanca, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Dubai, London, Cairo, Paris — day one.

The Fouz leaderboard ranked by all-time XP, showing athletes in Casablanca, Marrakesh, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Cyberjaya, Dubai, London and Cairo, with the viewer's own rank pinned at the bottom.

The game, explained

Real numbers, not vibes

No hidden multipliers, no pay-to-win.

What each action pays

  • Workout+20 XP
  • Pickup game+15 XP
  • Meal+10 XP
  • Goal set+10 XP

How streaks stay honest

Alive only while your last logged day is today or yesterday. No freeze tokens. That's what makes a 30-day streak mean something.

How levels work

Your first level-up is one workout away.

  • LVL 2100
  • LVL 51,600
  • LVL 108,100
  • LVL 2036,100

The formula, if you want it: Level N needs 100 × (N−1)² XP

Badges you'd actually screenshot

  • Common
  • Rare
  • Epic
  • Legendary

Original artwork for every milestone, across four rarity tiers.

The one thing you can buy is cosmetic. The Founder's Pass adds a mark on your profile and extra share-card styles — it cannot buy XP, levels, streaks, badges, or a place on the leaderboard.

Meet Fouzi

You're not doing this alone

He's on every badge you unlock, every level-up, every card you share.

Not a chatbot, and he won't nag you. He's what your milestones are drawn around.

Fouzi, the Fouz mascot: a smiling character whose hair is a flame, wearing a red bandana.
The Fouz badge wall: nine illustrated badges of the Fouzi mascot — lifting a barbell, eating an apple, planting a flag — each labelled Common, Rare or Epic, with an unearned badge greyed out and locked.
A Fouz share card announcing a badge unlock, Leveling Up, with the Fouzi mascot illustrated in flame over a dark background, the athlete's name and a scannable code linking to the app.
Track the journey

Every rep, meal and goal in one place

A training log and a nutrition log, wearing a game's clothes.

Workouts

Sport, duration, distance, calories, photo, location. Match scores too.

Meals

Calories, protein, carbs, fat. Or just a photo.

Goals

Three kinds, matching how people actually train.

StreakLog something 12 days in a row
FrequencyPadel twice a week
Volume900 gym minutes this month

Log once. Every matching goal moves.

Three goals in Fouz: 240 of 900 gym minutes this month, padel twice a week, and a 12-day streak.

Sessions worth posting

Every session becomes a card built for stories — not a screenshot of a spreadsheet.

  • Story and square frames
  • Light and dark, your call
  • Your level and handle on every card
  • A scannable code so friends land straight in the app

Auto-sharing is opt-in, per type.

Your call

You decide what anyone sees

Most apps bury the switch. Fouz puts it where you log.

Fouz privacy settings with toggles for public stats, public goals, shortening your last name, sharing milestones to the feed, and announcing new goals.
  • Every post, three choices

Public, followers, or just you. Chosen before you save.

  • Private still counts

Off every feed. Still earns XP, still holds your streak.

  • Hide your stats entirely

Level, XP and streak leave your profile and the leaderboard.

  • Leave clean

In-app, and real. Everything permanently erased.

From the maker

Fouz is built by one person, not a company. Write to me and it reaches me — there is no ticket queue in between.

Straight answers

Is Fouz free?

Free to play, with no ads and no subscription. Everything that earns XP, holds a streak or affects your rank is free and always will be. There is one optional $8.99 one-time purchase, the Founder's Pass, and it is cosmetic only.

Do I need an account?

Yes — it is what keeps your XP, streak and history when you change phones. Sign in with Apple or Google; it takes a few seconds and there is no password to invent.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. Fouz is iPhone only today; Android is next.

Do I need a smartwatch or fitness tracker?

No. Twenty seconds of typing, which is the only thing that works for padel, boxing and yoga anyway.

Do I need friends on Fouz to get anything out of it?

No. Logging, XP, levels, streaks, goals and badges all work on your own. The feed, leaderboards and pickup games are there when you want them.

Can I use it without anyone seeing my workouts?

Yes. Set posts to "Only me" and switch public stats off. Private activity still earns XP and holds your streak.

What if there are no games near me yet?

Create the first one. It takes a minute, and you can invite people directly.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, under Settings. Profile, posts, activities, goals and photos, permanently erased.

Free, no ads, two minutes to your first XP.
