Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Fouz, the gamified fitness-social app and its companion website, operated by Wenear Service, N° 23, Bloc 12, Quartier Amouni, Safi, Morocco ("Wenear Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Fouz lets you log workouts and goals, earn XP, levels, streaks and badges based on your logged activity, and connect with friends for social motivation. Gamification rewards are computed automatically from the activity you report; you are responsible for the accuracy of what you log.
Accounts
You need an account to use most features. You sign in with your Google or Apple account; keeping that account secure is your responsibility, as is all activity under your Fouz account. Provide accurate account information (email, display name).
Purchases
Fouz offers an optional one-time purchase, the Founder's Pass. The price is shown before you buy, and payment is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we never see your payment details. Refunds follow the store's own refund policy. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use "Restore purchases" in Settings to recover your purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not use Fouz to harass others, post illegal content, attempt to manipulate XP or leaderboards through automation or fraud, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Child Safety Standards.
Health disclaimer
Fouz is a motivation and tracking tool, not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any fitness program, especially if you have a health condition.
Your content
You retain ownership of the workouts, goals and social content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to store and display that content within the app as needed to operate the service.
Termination
You may stop using Fouz and delete your account at any time; see the Account & Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by Moroccan law, Wenear Service is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Fouz after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
